Advertising Opportunities

Fremantle Triathlon Club was formed in June 2003 to provide a support base for southern river triathlete’s. In 2005 the club amalgamated with Southside Triathlon Club and now is one of the larger metropolitan clubs with over 240 members.

SPONSORSHIP

With outstanding athlete performances and growing membership the club aims to provide greater social and race opportunities during the 2011/ 2012 season. The committee is inviting club members and community organizations to sponsor the club.

We see the potential Benefits to sponsors/ advertisers:

  • Very specific target audience highly relevant to sports related products
  • Over 240 members regularly visiting web site plus inclusion of sponsors logo’s in electronic e-newsletters every two weeks.
  • Potential to include technical and product data in e-news along with sponsor profiles dependant on packages.
  • A variety of options at affordable rates
  • Geographically targetable – members mainly live within reach of Fremantle area so good for local businesses
  • Sponsors are always welcome to attend club events to personally engage members
  • High exposure through banner and spot prize events at races
  • Agreement is renewable annually giving you flexibility.
  • Opportunity to promote your organization by displaying a Corporate Banner
  • Opportunity to meet members when awarding prizes
  • Opportunity to distribute brochures / samples to members

Cash Packages

This option allows you to promote your business by the payment of an annual fee in exchange for the following benefits.

We are happy to advertise your business for an annual fee of $300

Package consists of:

  • Your logo displayed on the Club Website including an optional link to your own website
  • Your Logo included within the club e-news which is sent fortnightly during August through to May each year
  • A minimum of two opportunities to promote your business through the e-news via article or profile (Less than 1 Page)

Product and or Service Packages

This option allows you to promote your business through a more direct involvement with the club and its activities. The club will typically have seven Club race gatherings plus a number of social opportunities each year. Under this category sponsors provide product or service that is relevant to the sport of triathlon or is targeted at the membership demographic.

Product and or service to Value $300-$1000

  • Your logo displayed on the Club Website including an optional link to your own website from the club website
  • Your Logo included within the club e-news which is sent fortnightly during August through to May each year
  • A minimum of two opportunities to promote your business through the e-news via article or profile (Less than 1 Page)

Product and or Services to value greater than $1000

  • Your logo displayed on the Club Website including an optional link to your own website from the club website
  • Your Logo included within the club e-news which is sent fortnightly during August through to May each year
  • A minimum of three opportunities to promote your business through the e-news via article or profile (Less than one Page)
  • Invite to Key club events such as Windup, social and Race day events
  • Allowed to directly deliver services to members at club race days
  • Up to 10 articles (less than 2 paragraphs) per season in E-new’s letters

TRAILER ADVERTISING
Three sides of the Club trailer are available for you to promote your organizations logo and/or message.  The trailer is taken to most TWA series race events and positioned in a prominent location for viewing by all athletes and supporters.

Benefits:

  • Advertising to a wider audience
  • Larger more static form of advertising
  • Opportunity to distribute brochures to members
  • Your logo will automatically be included in electronic news bulletins
  • Cost per annum: $500 for a side panel and $700 for the rear panel plus supply of all advertising artwork and vinyl graphics.

Note: The decision to accept a new sponsor to the club is at the discretion of the committee. In making the decision to take on a new sponsor every consideration will be given to existing sponsors to minimise the risk of conflict of interest.
